As executor of contracts/agreements in the field of coaching, education and training, we collect the necessary customer data:

  • first name, initials, last name, address.
  • Phone number, email address to contact you about activities, contract/order, invitations, etc.
  • identification data, date of birth, necessary for application of exams, for authentication.
  • This information is provided by the customers by phone, email or in registration forms on our website, which enables customers to register or request information.

Implementation conditions:

  • The personal data provided by a person is a condition for the completion of a contract or agreement concerning a contract/order, training, education, course or exam. The personal data requested by AL Techniques is a requirement to adhere to legal administration obligations such as billing.
  • How long the data is stored or the criteria for determining the time period – as required by law.
  • That individuals have the right to inspect rectification or deletion of their data.

Persons can always do the following with their data:

  • view (at AL Techniques head office)
  • change (contact AL Techniques administration)
  • have their data deleted (contact AL Techniques administration)

Right to object to processing of personal data. Persons have the right to object to processing their personal data.

Withdraw consent obtaining personal data. Persons provide AL Techniques with their data. AL Techniques does not require consent of the person(s) to obtain data themselves.
The right to file a complaint at the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
AL Techniques customers are entitled to file a complaint at the Personal Data Authority.

AL Techniques can process your personal data because you use AL Techniques’ services and/or because you provided the data to AL Techniques by filling out a contact form on our website. AL Techniques may also obtain personal data from other Internet platforms because you have submitted a request for information or filled out a registration form on those platforms.

Why al techniques needs data

AL Techniques processes your personal data in order to contact you by (cell) phone if you so request and/or to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) in the unlikely event that you cannot be reached by (cell) phone. Also,
AL Techniques may use your personal data to carry out the commission contract as mutually agreed. Data of identification is necessary to organize and administer exams. Your employer’s data may be necessary as well to make sure that invoices will be correctly addressed.

AL Techniques does not file your personal data for any longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@ALTechniques.com. AL Techniques will respond to your request as soon as possible but at the latest within four weeks.
