About us.
AL Techniques was founded April 13th, 2022 by Ferdi Laban. Ferdi has acquired 24 years of experience in electrical engineering/automation. Because he enjoys a hands-on approach – which gradually grew less and less in his previous job – he set off in a new direction.
AL Techniques aims to focus on assignments with a technical challenge, because that’s where his true passion lies. When the customer thinks the problem is unsolvable, that’s when Ferdi really gets steamed up… maintaining the elements reliability and simplicity of the solution as key principles. If there’s no standard solution available, he’ll work out an innovative plan to achieve the desired result anyway.
Our mission.
To help customers solving control technology or automation problems and issues. With the aim to make or keep their installations efficient, reliable and safe. Any possibilities for improvement are always exploited. Transferring technical knowledge to employees can also be part of the solution.
Our vision.
To contribute to a circular society. We pay specific attention to the environment and the life of coming generations. We like working with branches that have similar views and practices. In this context, we also teach at secondary- (MBO) and higher (HBO) vocational schools.

Based on 24 years of experience, AL Techniques offers the best possible solution in any situation. In doing so, the interests of the customers are always our number 1 priority! For example, having a malfunction in an installation that needs to be replaced in 2 years? We’ll make sure that the reliability level during that period of time is of the highest possible level ànd we’ll keep the costs as low as possible. No matter how complex the problem, AL Techniques always provides a fit-for-purpose solution.

Our approach.
Whether the problem is electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or in the field of industrial automation: ‘Not possible’ is not in our vocabulary. If we don’t have the specialists ourselves, we know where to find them amongst our business partners. And if the problem falls beyond the scope of our expertise, we’ll refer the customer to the right party.
We are eager to widely share our specialist knowledge and experience by giving PLC training courses, for example. Helping others move forward is our passion. So even if you just want advice or need a second opinion, AL Techniques is THE place to go to!
