Calculate flow without a flowmeter
A customer in the oil storage industry mixes a range of fuels from various tanks together. Due to the size of the tanks, the level measurement is not accurate enough to determine the flow during pumping.

Our solution.
By closely examining the used pumps, calculations could be made on the basis of the derived information, which led to a very good approximation of the actual flow. We verified this by actually using a flowmeter to compare its measured value to the approximated values. This made it possible to mix with sufficient accuracy without having to buy and install additional flowmeters.
