Our solution.
This is the reason why we always make customers aware of this potential risk and advise them to make a backup. Furthermore, we also advise them to (preventively) replace the backup battery on time. Of course, we don’t have a magic wand but there are always possibilities to create a solution:
To repair or to replace with retention of the program.
Give information about available options that are possible when purchasing a new machine.
As a last resort we can opt to rewrite the program.
